"Hi, my name is Allison and I am subletting my room in a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment because I will be studying abroad this spring. Our apartment is right above Insomnia and is a 5-minute walk to campus. The lobby smells like warm cookies at night and we also have AC :). We live on the third floor of our building at 319 College Ave. The other two tenants are girls, so a female tenant is preferred. Rent is only $950 per month!
